
Today is World Mental Health Day! And what a wonderful day it is. It is a spectacular occasion to recognise that our mental health is just as important as our physical health.
As part of #WMHD, today I plan to write a list, a list of 10 things that make me happy and make me feel healthy. A list of 10 things that play a huge part in my mental health – what are yours?

Hey love the idea of writing the 10 things to make you feel happy and healthy!
