I really wanted to share a story with you, all about how I found myself in an apprenticeship, because there were so many times that I panicked about my future (my story is a good one, I promise you) when I was actually on the right route all along!
I thought the best way of getting this entire story to you would be via a video, so here it is! I hope that there are some of you out there that are considering apprenticeships because they are amazing routes to get into and are definitely not spoken about enough.
I work very hard every single day, and it can be difficult, but sometimes the difficult things can be the best! I hope you enjoy this video (p.s. sorry it’s so long but it’s such a long story haha!)
Happy Sunday everybody! Today I will be practicing the art of relaxation after a very long day yesterday (I woke up at 2:30am, left the house at 3:30am and arrived back at home at 10:30pm!)
So why the long Saturday?
We went to Dublin for the day, of course!?
We had an amazing day exploring and wanted to share a little bit of our day with you. The Guinness Storehouse was particularly exciting! Thanks Dublin for an amazing day, we’ll be back for longer next time 🙂
I hope you enjoy this video and that it inspires you to have a few long days every once in a while – it is worth it.
(In a while crocodile… How long has it been since I posted?!)
Hi everyone and welcome back; I hope you’re all super well and like myself, have began to vacate your little hole of hibernation to welcome the occasional summer blasts that the British Isles graces us with – a few more would be appreciated!
I’ve been super busy lately with work and preparing for my land law exam and time just seems to be getting away from me – it’s nearly June, can you believe it?
So, incase you haven’t got me on Instagram, Twitter or snapchat, I figured I’d give you a brief little overview on the past few weeks…
The Weekend before the Last one (and this one…)
I went to London with Molly (again!)
After our last trip ending in food poisoning (did I tell you about that?!) I promised molly we would return to carry out our shopping trip that we had originally planned but never managed to conduct (sorry!)
So when work were paying for my transport to a revision day in London City Centre, I decided, what better opportunity, than to stay the night with Molly and shop the following day! The weather was AMAZING – we felt as though we were abroad, walking round London sweating in our shorts. It was fantastic and I’m so glad we went back (and spent sooooo much money)…
The weekend before this one (Last weekend?)
BEN CAME HOME! *screams* for the weekend….
The past few weeks have been particularly difficult too with circumstances at home and losing my grandad, so it really has been a vile time to send Ben off to training. But I guess it made it all the more satisfying to spend an entire weekend with him and I am so glad he is doing so well! Now just 8 more weeks…
I turned 19!
I had a wonderful birthday, spending the afternoon away from work on a team away day playing laser quest and bowling – what a way to celebrate your birthday! Then I had a nice quiet takeaway night at home – perfect. Spoilt rotten too!
Wednesday (I told you I’d been busy!)
I PASSED MY THEORY TEST! Not much to say on this one. But yeah. They say me rolling.
ANYWAY. Now you are up to date (I think), I just wanted to let you know how busy I am revising for my land law exam lately – the exam is on 15th June and I’m super worried so I’m getting my head down and working hard! I can do this!
I’m also (starting tomorrow I promise) attempting to tone up and lose some of my winter gains (otherwise known as cream cakes…)
So I hope to be keeping you posted on my progress and would love to hear from you if you’re doing the same, as a little bit of motivation from you to me!
Speak again soon beauties!
Hey everyone! Today I’m feeling a teeny bit fragile after a fantastic night out last night at our work’s annual party… We celebrated in style with a Brazilian theme featuring people on stilts dancing to a chorus of drums, and glitter and feather covered ladies dancing on the floor – all night, with a free bar (Too. Much. Wine.)
It was an amazing night and I had such a good night! So I thought I’d give you a Sunday Funday style post sharing pictures from the night! Make sure to add me on snapchat (katylouise15) to keep up with things I’m up too, and to see all these cringeworthy drunken selfies I’m about to share with you….
Hi guys! It’s been 2 YEARS since I properly uploaded a video onto YouTube with just me singing alone, but today I have ended the silent period and uploaded!
Please check out the link and share it wherever you can! The song is all about losing someone important, and looks at how sometimes it is the people we think are building us up that are just always knocking us down again… I hope you enjoy it and let me know if you like it!
Lots of love
Good evening fellow bloggers & welcome to my post where I can FINALLY share my wonderful trip to the Warner Bro’s Studios in London with Ben, as my long awaited surprise!
I have compiled all my photos and videos and tried to make it as quick as possible by only sharing bits and pieces from the day (that was tough because I wanted to show you EVERYTHING!)
As you may remember, I was informed by Ben before Christmas that I would have a surprise, and not find out where I was going until I arrived – of course I was highly skeptical of this statement, judging by the number of people who were told about where I was going suggesting I would eventually find out, likely by accident…
BUT I DIDNT! And I seriously had no idea where I was going, until we drove through the gates on the morning of April 4th 2015, where I burst in hysterical chorus’ of screams. It was amazing.
Anyway without further going into the day before even showing you, here it is – My Anniversary Surprise!
Today I decided to tell you about lots of things I did yesterday, whilst also telling you about a very important project! But in order to do so effectively, I decided to vlog instead of write, so I hope you enjoy this video!
My channel is a bit rough at the moment as I need to get customising it! But please subscribe to show your support!
